Facebook has (accidentally) posted video of its new VR helmet!

The Oculus Quest 2, The New VR device of the Facebook-owned Oculus brand, was expected to be introduced next year. But we can say that this introduction lasted much earlier than expected. Because Facebook leaked several promotional videos of the virtual reality set Oculus Quest 2, supposedly by mistake.

Facebook describes Quest 2 as “the most advanced all-in-one VR system ever.” The shared video highlights that Oculus Quest 2 will be lighter and softer compared to its predecessor. Almost all features of Oculus Quest 2 have been revealed with the video released.

Thanks to its built-in processor and graphics unit, Oculus Quest 2 offers wireless use without the need to connect to a PC or phone in any way. In Oculus Quest 2, the number of pixels increases by 50 percent and the resolution per eye increases to 2K. At the heart of the device is Qualcomm's Snapdragon XR2 processor for a virtual reality experience. This processor is accompanied by 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. In addition to all these features, it features dynamic 3D audio and manual control without controllers.

Also, although there is no concrete information about the refresh rate in the video, earlier leaks had claimed that the refresh rate would increase from 72Hz to 90Hz.

On September Facebook, 2020, an event called Facebook Connect will be held. Oculus Quest 2 is also expected to be introduced at the event.
